I build systems for how I live.

I like things that work.

Most systems don’t. They look good, sound good, and then fall apart the moment real life shows up.

So I build my own.

VitalPort gives me access to my health data without being locked into a platform. Lucy turns that data into something I can actually use day to day.

This site is where I keep track of what I’m building and what’s working. Some of it changes. Some of it breaks. That’s part of the point.

For work, I help engineering teams deliver faster by removing the friction that slows them down. Usually that friction is not the engineers.

I’m less interested in theory and more interested in whether something holds up when you actually use it.
